The role of schools in developing and introducing to students a right and bad attitude in the schools environment

By: Kasipdana Otys
Schools are introducing the behavior of what is' right, or what is wrong to students as a means of personality development and attitude formation and mentality of the students at the school. I will try to explain my reasons why I agree to this statement:
First of all, in the school environment is second place after their home. At school students will perform all their activities such as learning, playing, adapt to others, how to appreciate, give and accept as well as many things they learn in the school environment. So, school is a place where students will develop into a matured person. By reason, it is said that the school is the most important part in coaching and attitude formation for these students.
Secondly, the school is the second parent after their own parents at home. Many things are not possible for parents to teach to their children at their own home, so school is a great place to learn many things. Schools will teach various things by teachers who are quite experienced and have a fairly high education, so students will gain a lot of knowledge; attitudes and personality are well established and reliable. Therefore, nowadays older people encouraging them to entrust their children in school as a place of coaching children become more mature than their own home. This is due to many factors, such as most parents are busy in their work, whether in the office, home or other businesses. Thus, they do not have enough time to educate their children in all respects. Apart from that, knowledge or the ability of parents in educating their own children at home is less than the school which would have led to the growth and formation of attitudes and behavior of children will be less too. School is a pretty good place for the formation of attitude and mentality of the students than in their own homes.
Finally, coaching students in school is a big responsibility that parents entrust the school. For example, a child as an infant up to age 6 years is the sole responsibility of the parents at home. But the children has started school from kindergarten, that the responsibility is no longer the only parents at home but have largely been the responsibility of the school. Moreover, students will be easier to adapt to rapidly evolving through interaction with their friends in the school environment. This will certainly affect the formation of attitudes and behaviors such students. Therefore, expect the school (in this case the teacher and the mentor-coach) to be able to teach and direct students to the things that are positive, so that they able to develop their attitude and behaviors in the school environment and also outside of school environment. The responsibility of schools in shaping students' attitudes is the most important thing regardless of the guidance by their parents at homes.
In brief, I would like to express that the coaching of the mentality and attitude formation of the students is  not only the responsibility of parents, but schools also are an important part in educating students to become mature in attitude and behavior of their lives. To that end, cooperation between the parents of the students and the school is very important because only by such roads will jointly educate and shape students' attitudes became an honor student and adult. Thus, when they grow up and plunge into the real world they may be able to adapt to anyone, anytime, anywhere with a capital of the correct attitude and right behavior.
